All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or non-defective items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want your experience with Hero Nation Patches to be top-notch. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@heronationpatches.com within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.

Refund Eligibility for Damaged Items
Refunds may be considered for damaged or defective items reported within 7 days. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please reach out to us for assistance.
